Our session works best with two presenters, one from Bar OA Farms and one from Strathcona County, because the focus of the presentation is on collaboration. The key point we want to share is how agritourism can succeed when municipalities and private operators work together to navigate policy, overcome challenges, and create opportunities.

One perspective on its own would not fully capture the story. Bar OA Farms brings the direct experience of building and running agritourism activities, while Strathcona County provides the policy and economic development viewpoint, showing how a municipality can help operators succeed.
